  Had an order placed online.They terribly messed it up. In the past had ordered multiple times from the place directly and always was very happy. But this time - it was a Grand opening/ribbon cutting of my new clinic... and everything went wrong...
  The owner fixed it all.

  I ordered a birthday arrangement on phone. I can't think of her name but ahe was very helpful. The person I got it for told me they even wanted to sing her happy birthday. The arrangement she took a pic of to show me, it was big and they did an outstanding job! Thanks again.
