  My dog was very ill and I could not get into my normal vet, so desperate I took her here. Big mistake. They gave her FLEAS!!! They found out she had stones in her bladder and kidney. So they gave her antibiotics, which I paid 234$. The vet looked through her hair to see if she had fleas, she didn't. We get our yard sprayed regularly by professionals. My dog is so sick this was the last thing she needed. When I called to say something a girl named Lisa was very rude and called me a liar. I have better things to do than lie about that. She continued to say I must have gotten them from the store or a friend's house. My dog has been so sick I haven't left her side for over 2 weeks, I am currently not working so I know this to be a lie. I told Lisa that place was infested and they need to fix this. They are running a kennel too. The vet kept pushing flea and tick products, I told her that we haven't had them in years. Which is the truth. Plus i was tapped out. Also when i called the girl (lisa) that was really rude tried selling me flea products again, after she was real rude. And not even give me a discount. One visit there and my dog has them and now my cat, and home. I have given them flea baths but if anyone who's ever had fleas knows this is not ok. It's the last thing she needed or my cat or myself. That's some kind of scam, don't buy their flea products and a day later find your sick animal with fleas. Not cool pet authority animal hospital. This situation has brought me to tears. I was told a supervisor would call me and I'm still waiting. After I wrote this review I finally received a call from the supervisor she called my cell when I specifically said to call my house phone. She left a message saying she was leaving now but I could call her in the morning after am. She obviously didn't care or she wouldn't have called as she's walking out the door.
