    The agents are poorly trained, when asked about the bill, their answer is, "Well, it's complicated." When pressed they say, "I'll try to explain." When you dump them and go somewhere else they say, "We'd like to get your business back."
    Aside from all of that, Allstate's new business model is total New World Order GARBAGE. Very aggressive on sales and billing, pretty much non-existent customer service, unless you like people talking in circles until your head is spinning.
