  Arrived with my vehicle in at 7:00am for a recall issue and electrical issue they said they would look at it and call me back that morning. Never called back I called them at 2:00pm to find out they never looked at the car they didn't call me because the rep I had went home and there computer system was down. They told me to come pick it up I said ok. Came to pick it up and the clock was set to the wrong time by three hours and the trunk was ajar, which meant someone had done something to it.
  
  Since then they called me offered me a good deal on my next issue I needed an additional set of keys made. Took about 2hours and they picked me up to get my car a totally different atmosphere than the first time. Better for sure.
